Violence and Injury Prevention Program

Youth violence is a concern in U.S. society and in Rhode Island. No community whether rich or poor, urban, suburban, or rural is free of violence or its effects. In order to stop this form of violence, the Department of Health is planning ways to prevent violence from happening in the first place.
