Diabetes & Women

Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes can affect women throughout their life stages.  Currently, There are over 9 million women who have diabetes among those with diabetes in the U.S. The numbers of women with diabetes is higher for Hispanic/Latina women and for Native American women, when compared to white women who have diabetes.
