Vital Statistics Annual Report

The Vital Statistics Annual Report contains data that has been derived from certificates filed in the Division of Vital Records, as required by state law, for vital events such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces and fetal deaths occurring in Rhode Island. Information was also extracted from transcripts of certificates filed in other states for births and deaths occurring to Rhode Island residents in other locales.
